DOCENT April 19th 6 – 8:30 pm at the Pasadena Museum of California Art
Our job was to illuminate but now we only obscure. In the daytime, as docents, we gave you context. We told you not to cross the line on the floor. Now after hours we’ve become the shadows on the surveillance cameras, the hush you haven’t heard, the waning light. We know you’ve been neglecting the corner of your eye. This is not a guide. This is who we are.
